Nailhouse
Commissioned by the Old Red Lion
Directed by Gus Miller
Former geography teacher Bernard finds himself an unlikely leader of the opposition fighting a private development which would see his house demolished.
A lifelong critic of capitalism, this is his chance to put his money where his mouth is. But with confidence low amongst his supporters, and big business trampling all over his allotment, are principles alone enough to withstand destruction?
Nailhouse was commissioned and produced s part of The Rooftop Sessions at the Old Red Lion. The cast included Peter Wight (Babel, Secrets and Lies).
